The project delivery has a staged approach based on the confirmed funding available.
Stage One includes almost 80% of the design scope. The exact scope of this stage will be limited to the funding secured so far. Stage Two will commence once funding is secured.
The project will still be delivered within the scope of the funding secured. Stage Two will include anything unable to be delivered in Stage One.
