A long-time supporter of communities across the country, in 2019 Craigs developed a thoughtful giving programme with Community Foundations of NZ (CFNZ) to support the Taranaki community needs through a partnership with Te Karaka Foundation.

Over the past two years, Craigs, New Plymouth have directed money to local charities instead of sending out Christmas gifts across New Zealand. Additionally Craigs employees have the opportunity to participate in payroll Workplace Giving, with the employee contribution partially matched by the Craigs business.

“We see the huge benefit and impact of giving to those areas within the community with the greatest needs”, says local Craigs Investment Adviser Christine Egarr.

Thank you to the team at Craigs for showing that giving a little often really does make a difference locally. Workplace giving is a very powerful way for our community to support itself and build a strong legacy for the future.
