About Taranaki Geological Society
The Taranaki Geological Society is based in New Plymouth and is a branch of the Geoscience Society of New Zealand. Taranaki Geological Society celebrated 40 years of operation in 2019.
Membership consists of enthusiastic amateurs and professionals and is open to anyone who has an interest in finding out more about geology and earth history in Taranaki, New Zealand and beyond.
